Primary creative lead for Cisco, the agency's most significant client of the past 4–5 years, working within Cisco's brand and .com design system. Played an instrumental role in developing the AI-agent-assisted workflows that streamline and accelerate delivery — building repeatable Figma AI-agent patterns toward a brand-level AI-assisted creative platform. Directed multiple migrations of creative assets from acquired brands into Keysight's current brand standard. Lead a tight in-house, high-output team plus freelance talent producing 8+ major enterprise campaigns annually.

Created the San Jose Sharks' anniversary logo, displayed on center ice for the full season. Led the complete redesign of Easton Hockey's product site — 120+ SKUs, product descriptions, and demos, for what was then the #1 hockey stick brand with over 70% market share. Delivered a complete collateral system for NEC Electronics, and led creative for AT&T's in-flight product line, including a full system of in-flight instructions, brochureware, and print/electronic advertising.

Led brand and marketing for the city's convention and cultural facilities — the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, Center for Performing Arts/Civic Auditorium, California Theatre, Montgomery Theater, Parkside Hall, and South Hall — under Team San Jose, the local partnership designated by the city to run sales, marketing, and general promotion. Led an extensive city-wide photography assignment and a full redesign of the bureau's website, including facility details and RFP submissions. Extended package marketing services to meeting planners for their own events. Implemented a new advertising component on the bureau's website that generated direct revenue in addition to promoting the city. Led creative for the Silicon Valley Football Classic (an NCAA football bowl game) for three consecutive years — branding, program collateral, sponsorship materials, and game-day design.

SS8 was a newly spun-off company from ADC Networks, providing telecom equipment for the emerging 3G/4G era. Came on board with only a logo in place, and built the entire corporate identity system, collateral, marketing, and sales system from there — including architecting and designing the company website from scratch. Heavily involved in direct sales support materials and event/exhibit graphic design.

Securify was a growing network-security company founded by Taher Elgamal — a chief scientist at Netscape and credited as the creator of SSL. Came on board with only a logo in place and built the full identity system and standards from there, integrating creative across the company's two business units, Consulting and PKI. Worked directly with C-level leadership and sales to build interactive demonstrations, RFP reports, and UI for white-labeled security scanning products, plus event and roadshow support. Served as primary contact/coordinator for external creative agencies and freelance contractors.

Co-founded and helped grow a design agency from 3 to 6 people, with real client retention and stability. Notable client work included Wells Fargo — including one of the earliest web page executions for Wells Fargo Personal Banking, plus work on Wells Fargo credit cards — and Macromedia, doing product-marketing work for Director, Shockwave, Authorware, and Flash, during the formative years of the interactive/multimedia era. Gained direct, ownership-level experience in business development, accounting, and HR alongside the creative work.

Full-time (40 hr/week), one-semester engineering co-op through the USC College of Engineering. Worked on animatronics specifications for control boxes alongside an engineering team and a CAD team. One control box I personally designed was built and installed at Disneyland in Anaheim.
